Pharmaceuticals without oil us impossible in todays scale. We use 3.3 trillion liter per year of natural gass only for feedstock. Not to mention all the oil for transport in planes and ships.
We also use diesel in forestry. Healtcare without forestry is impossible.

Modern Healtcare is dependent on a 5 continent supply chain. Soy from Brasil, iron ore from Australia, surgical equipment made with child labour in Pakistan, aluminium from smelters in Island, etc…
